An SNMP module is now available for the N-7550 running the v6.5 software.  This functionality allows our customers to tie the Niagara encoders into higher layer management systems.

This module (and user guide) can be downloaded via FTP. This module is offered for those N-7550 users that require the SNMP features today.

This SNMP functionality has already been integrated into the next major SW release that is currently under development.

Dear Unigraf CTS Tool User,

Unigraf has released new versions of its DisplayPort CTS Tools for both Reference Sinks and Reference Sources.

Upgrading Recommended

 

The new versions, 3.2.0, are LL CTS 1.2 Core compliant. They include several improvements and bug fixes from previous versions. It is highly recommended to use the new versions.

You can download the new versions through links on Unigraf Software Downloads page. Please consult the respective User Manual on how to upgrade the SW.

A new driver is now available for download for the legacy video capture cards (O-100, O-210, O-230, O-440, O-530). 

These drivers are available at http://viewcast.com/support/downloads.

This latest driver number is 4.5.0.86 and includes:

Series IV drivers are based on Osprey Series III drivers with a number of enhancements that can take advantage of the increased performance of the latest generation of PCs.

Revisions

Resolved issue on lockup using scaler.

Board numbers are now fixed to PCI addresses rather than to startup order. Board numbers are also assignable by a new Board Select dialog.

A defect causing poor quality of scaled output was fixed.

Widescreen size when letterboxed onto a CCIR (720 horizontal) background is corrected

An update to SCX v6.5 is now available for the N-4100. An upgrade kit can be ordered by contacting Sales and
referencing the above part number.
SCX v6.5 includes support for Microsoft Smooth Streaming and also provides a simplification of the advanced
settings for the H.264 encoding settings.
This release also includes several sustaining engineering improvements including:

  1. Resolution of Audio / Video sync anomalies when using Flash and MPEG-4 encoding
  2. Proper processing of Adobe HTTP Dynamic Streaming
  3. Ability to use alternate or redundant network connection
